Marketplace EULA
These terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User License Agreement which governs your use of this app. In the event of a conflict, these supplemental terms take precedence.
1. The app
Sprint Autopilot for Jira is an Atlassian Forge app that automates sprint lifecycle management for Jira Cloud Scrum boards. It runs entirely within Atlassian infrastructure under the Forge platform.
2. License grant
Subject to your active Marketplace subscription, OpsTech Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on the Jira Cloud instance associated with your subscription.
3. Data and privacy
The app reads sprint, board, and issue data from your Jira instance to perform automated actions
No data is transmitted to or stored outside Atlassian infrastructure
Per-board configuration is stored in Forge built-in key-value storage, scoped to your site
Sprint detail updates through the panel execute as the logged-in user and are subject to their Jira permissions
4. Subscription and billing
Billing is handled entirely by Atlassian Marketplace on a per-user-tier basis
Subscriptions are monthly or annual. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are subject to Atlassian Marketplace refund policy
5. Support
Support is provided via our OpsTech Apps Support Portal.

6. Availability
The app relies on the Atlassian Forge platform. Availability is subject to Atlassian own infrastructure uptime. OpsTech Apps is not responsible for outages caused by Atlassian platform issues.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpsTech Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
