Privacy Policy

Multi Project Picker Fields for Jira reads the following data from your Jira Cloud instance:

• Project names and keys (to populate the picker)

• Project type, category, and archived status (to apply filters configured by your admin)

All API calls are made as the logged-in user. The app cannot access any project the user does not already have Browse Projects permission for.

The only data stored by the app is the field configuration set by your Jira administrator:

• Filter mode (by type, by category, or specific projects)

• Selected project types, categories, or project keys allowed in the picker

This configuration is stored in Atlassian Forge's built-in key-value storage, scoped to your Jira site. It never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.

• No personal data is collected or stored

• No analytics or usage tracking

• No data is sent to any external server, database, or third party

• No cookies are set outside the Atlassian platform

This app is eligible for the Runs on Atlassian program. All compute and storage occurs within Atlassian's hosted infrastructure. Your data residency settings in Atlassian apply to this app.

Field configuration data is retained for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes all stored configuration.
