Bulk Link & Archive for Jira is built on the Atlassian Forge platform and runs entirely within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure.

The app does not collect, transmit, or store customer data outside of Atlassian systems. All data processing occurs within the customer's Jira Cloud instance using Atlassian Forge services.

OpsTech does not have direct access to customer Jira data and does not store any customer issue data, personal data, or project data outside Atlassian.

Information related to app licensing, such as the organization name, contact email address, and license tier, is collected and managed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace. This information may be accessed by OpsTech only for licensing, billing, and support purposes and is not shared with third parties.
